Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Integrity Operations team in Dublin. This multicultural and diverse team supports social media communities worldwide, helping to create a better and safer online environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported content by following company policies and local legal regulations.
* Use market knowledge and insights to find solutions to improve the support of our client's community of users.
* Gather, analyze, and utilize data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

The Offer:
* Base salary of €29,700 per year, with potential increments up to €39,500 based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses (T&C apply).

Work Details:
* Location: Our office is located in Dublin South, offering a convenient and accessible workspace.
* Work schedule: 5 days a week, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.
* Shift pattern: You can choose to join either the Day or Evening team. There are no rotations, and your chosen shift will be permanent.
