Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client's team in Killarney, County Kerry.
Job Summary:
This role involves providing general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director to support the department in achieving growth plans and organisational development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the HR Director with the administration and human resources operations of the company.
* Contribute to HR strategy, culture, leadership, talent management, rewards, and change management.
* Liaise with department managers and manage labour planning and recruitment processes.
* Manage compliance and policy management, adhering to industry standards.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a HR Generalist or similar position within the hospitality sector.
* HR qualification or degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
* Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Organisation skills.
* Computer Literate and proficient with Office Suite and CRM's.
Package:
* Competitive Salary of €35,000 – €40,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
