Your Purpose
The Engineering Administrator is responsible for supporting the engineering team through efficient order processing, budget management, and contractor coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that all orders are processed promptly and accurately, and that both capital expenditure (CapEx) and weekly operational budgets are tracked and managed effectively.

* Order Processing & Tracking
* Budget Management
* Contractor Register Management
* Communication and Coordination - collaborate with various internal teams, including procurement, finance, and engineering manager, to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain organized and accurate records for orders, spend tracking, and contractor activities.
* Prepare regular reports for management on order status, budget updates, and contractor performance.
