We are looking to recruit experienced Food & Beverage Assistants to join our Food and Beverage team at The Morgan Hotel - 10 Fleet Street Restaurant & Bar. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to develop up through the hotel and the group.

The Position:
1. Enthusiasm for providing great customer service
2. Knowledge and understanding of food, wine & Beverage service
3. Conversational level of English
4. Willingness to work flexible hours
5. Provide 100% quality service at all times in order to achieve client satisfaction
Main Duties:
1. Providing a warm welcome for guests and explaining menu options available
2. Provide excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs
3. Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and what is unavailable for the day
4. Maintain an efficient and courteous service in your department according to Minimum Standards
5. To maintain the front and back of house areas to a very high standard of presentation
6. Support other team members on the floor when necessary
Location: The Morgan Hotel is easily commutable both within Dublin City Centre and beyond. We are located within a 10-minute walk from O'Connell Street, with easy access to a number of DART & Luas stops, Dublin Bus services, and Dublin Bike Stations.
