An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our front of house management team. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will be a valued member of our leadership team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Management of restaurant activities and front of house employees while on duty.
* Management of customer experiences through the creation and maintenance of a welcoming and engaging environment.
* Maintenance and improvement of customer service experiences.
* Ownership of customer issues, concerns, complaints, and outcomes.
* Ownership of accident reporting and outcomes.
* Partnership with other F&B and guest relations managers on ways to improve the overall guest experiences.
* Development and implementation of first-class service procedures, policies, and standards.
* Creation of an environment that values continued learning for all employees.
* Development and support of employee training programs.
* Creating, developing, and maintaining relevant SOPs.
* Continued learning with a focus on industry developments and application of best practices.
* Maintain an orderly workflow according to company priorities.
* Gain product knowledge and help build the guest experience.
* Ensure that the restaurant is set accordingly to standards.
* Ensure that all food safety processes are adhered to; HACCP experience preferred.
* Maintain a calm attitude during busy periods and delegate tasks to the team.
* Highly organised with the ability to drive new initiatives.
Required:
* Strong experience in restaurant and food & beverage management.
* Fine dining experience.
* 4/5 star hotel experience.
* Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
* Have a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to delegate tasks and empower direct reports.
* Ability to coach and mentor teams.
* Ability to create and deliver employee training plans.
* Fluent in English.
* Excellent communication skills.
