We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Support Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support a designated category/customer team, working with Ireland's biggest grocery and pharmacy retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proficient in Excel, with experience in using V-lookups, formulas, and Pivot Tables.
* Provide exceptional customer and client support.
* Create and submit New Line Forms and Promotional proposals to clients.
* Maintain promotional calendars for allocated customers/brands.
* Complete internal process forms, including New Listings, Promotions, and Price changes.
* Follow up on promotional submissions with assistant buyers and query business managers as needed.
* Manage customer portals to ensure accurate pricing.
* Keep master promotional trackers up-to-date for allocated brands.
* Process customer recharges, claims, and accruals/prepay.
* Provide administrative support to the efficient operation of field sales teams.
* Generate analytics reports for relevant business managers.
