The Red Hat IT Business Enterprise & Application Delivery team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst intern to join our worldwide organization in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will join the team that is responsible for designing and supporting Red Hat’s Order to Revenue value stream. You’ll have a great opportunity to work in a team of excellent systems analysts & engineers with a broad range of technologies and contribute to a vibrant community while ensuring the success of our customers.Primary job responsibilitiesPrepare detailed functional specifications for the Order To Revenue value streamPerform functional setups, configurationsExecute test cases, test scripts and assist with preparing test plans supporting business requirementsDefine and document business requirements and perform gap analysis.Provide systems analysis and functional analysis across various financial applications ( Oracle, Revstream etc )Assist and contribute to end user testing and trainingProvide functional validation and support.
