Sustainability Consultant with LEED AP Qualification
Metec are looking for a Sustainability Consultant with LEED AP Experience - Position is On -Site based in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a working Visa.

The Role:
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a sustainability consultant who shares our values of sustainability, energy saving and building performance.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
* Previous LEED project experience (at least 2-3 projects.) as either the primary LEED certification consultant or in a support role
* Engineering, Architectural or Science background is a preference
* LEED Accredited Professional
* Experience with IES software, Building Regulations, BREEAM, WELL, Life Cycle Assessments and embodied carbon analysis would be beneficial
* Excellent communication, research and presentation skills
* Proficiency in English
Key Tasks will be as below:
* Oversee entire LEED documentation & certification process
* Communicating/delivering best practices, requirements and guidelines to the project team
* Design management for green buildings targeting certifications and sustainability strategies
* Develop sustainability reports and drawings as necessary
* Present project findings to external/internal team members and client representatives
* Research and innovation with regards to up-to date sustainability trends and technologies
