Your Role & Impact Install and maintain security systems, including Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Door Access, and Gate Automation.
Ensure CCTV and access control systems are networked and integrated for seamless operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues through fault-finding with security equipment, including cameras, sensors, and access systems.
Collaborate with the maintenance planner and service manager to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Complete detailed reports on service checks for electrical, and security systems.
Provide professional on-site support and troubleshooting advice for security systems.
Ensure compliance with the Companys Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
The Ideal Candidate: Relevant experience in electrical, access control, CCTV, gates and barriers or security systems background would be an advantage, though not required, as full training will be provided.
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible with call schedules.
High attention to detail and the ability to engage effectively with the automated service program.
Excellent customer relations, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with both domestic and commercial clients.
Full Clean Irish Driving License.
Willingness to work overtime when required due to the nature of the role.
Garda clearance (or the ability to pass Garda clearance) and the ability to provide suitable character references.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
