HSE Coordinator Support
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing and updating regulatory documents such as Risk Assessments, Chemical Inventories.
2. Assisting in planning and tracking HSE activities within the TrackWise system.
3. Monitoring and managing HSE tasks to ensure timely completion.
4. Providing administrative support during regulatory audits.
5. Coordinating award nominations and recognition programs.
6. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of periodic reviews for HSE SOPs and training programs.
7. Preparing and submitting regulatory letters and compliance filings.
8. Managing the 3E Safety Data Sheet system.
9. Assisting in planning and executing HSE-related events.
10. Administering emergency response communication efforts.
11. Supporting contractor management processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in an HSE administrative or compliance support role is beneficial.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Experience with TrackWise and 3E Safety Data Sheet Management System is advantageous.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
