Engineering Manager

Career Development: Facilitate the professional growth of team members through tailored development plans, training opportunities, and coaching.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development while collaborating with the L&D manager.
Principle Advocacy: Champion our core principles within your team and across the company.
Team Building: Develop a cohesive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high-performing team dynamics.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high standards of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace issues effectively, maintaining a positive atmosphere and promoting teamwork.
Agile Practices: Implement and uphold Scrum and Agile methodologies within the team to enhance efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Team WOW (Ways of Working): Understand and optimize the team's ways of working to ensure productivity, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
Collaboration: Work together with other Engineer managers and various stakeholders to achieve common goals and ensure consistency across accounts.
