Head of Front Office Application Support opportunity with a global investment business based in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in-office.
Responsibilities
1. Direct line management of Front Office and Client Service Support team (c15 people) providing technical support on in-house front office systems used for internal and external investments and trading.
2. Oversee full cycle production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause analysis.
3. Collaborate with development teams on complex issues and system enhancements.
4. Analyze business requirements to advise on the best use of applications and systems.
Requirements
1. 5+ years experience within the Investment / Asset Management industry is essential.
2. Commercial experience in Investment / Asset Management industry including experience with Front Office applications.
3. Line management experience of technical teams of 10 – 20 people.
4. Previous customer-facing technical support experience.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable).
Remuneration
1. 90-100K starting salary.
2. 15-20% performance bonus.
