Service Coordinator Homeless and Addiction Service

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional care within an open access addiction service.
The successful candidate will have management responsibility for existing services and programs, implementing quality standards across all sub-services and ensuring clear policies and procedures are in place.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing budgetary controls for OAS services
* Leading day-to-day operational functions of all Services in the Open Access
* Providing supervision and management for relevant service coordinators
* Communicating internally within Open Access
* Developing services using evidence-based models of intervention and providing accurate data reports
Requires:
* Minimum 2 years experience supervising and managing a team in a community, addiction service or similar setting
* Third Level qualification in a social care or related discipline (e.g., psychology, healthcare, youth work, community development, etc.)
* An understanding of complex issues relating to homelessness, mental health and substance misuse
Salary: €42,000-€44,000 DOE. Contract Hours: 39 hours per week. Reporting to: Deputy Head of Operations.
