The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales process by negotiating terms and conditions of new leases with landowners in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate terms and conditions of new leases with private, corporate or governmental landowners in the German market
* Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability
* Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
* Make outbound and inbound calls
* Renamegate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts
* Prepare contract content
* Quality check of the contract
Requirements:
* Fluent in German
* Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
* Sales and negotiation experience desirable
* Able to work independently while also being a team player
