We are looking for an office administrator/accounts assistant.
Responsibilities include:
General administration duties
Invoicing
Dealing with customers inquiries & facilitating payments
Accounts payable/receivable
Payroll
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
The ability to work on their own initiative
A willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
