Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR within a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
* HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote diversity, inclusion, and high performance.
* Culture and Employee Retention Strategies: Ensure our brand values are embedded across the hotel.
* HR Policy Review and Refinement: Review and refine HR policies, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with current legislation.
* People Management and Performance Issues: Provide expert advice to senior management on people management, performance, and development issues.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by introducing innovative ideas, technologies, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
* Team Development: Lead and support the HR team, offering coaching and development opportunities to foster a high-performing HR function.
* Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring the highest calibre of talent is attracted and retained.
* Employee Relations and Compliance: Handle employee relations issues discreetly, ensuring prompt and fair resolutions.
* Learning and Development: Oversee learning and development strategies in collaboration with department heads, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.
* Culture and Employee Engagement: Champion the hotel's culture and employee brand, ensuring that our values are embedded across all teams.
