We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy / Operations Manager to join a popular 4* Hotel in Galway. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, taking responsibility for the effective and efficient management of all hotel operations, coordinating all day-to-day activities in the Hotel. Requirements
1. Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations and Rooms Division to the highest standards.
2. Experience managing Conferences, Weddings, and special Events.
3. Responsible for the entire Hotel F&B / M&E Operation and team performance.
4. Must display effective leadership and proven team management and development abilities.
5. Reliable, committed, motivated, and above all, a professional person required.
6. 3+ years Operations / Deputy Management experience in a busy 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred.
7. Work Permit is not available for this role; full legal status to work in Ireland is required.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel, F&B, Rooms, M&E, etc.
2. Lead and guide the team, continually evaluating procedures and improving service levels.
3. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
4. Ensure Management observes all shift and opening/closing procedures.
5. Provide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
