Cluster Sales Manager - Part-time (20 hours per week)

As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will report to the hotel General Managers. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct lead generation, face-to-face meetings, negotiations, and site inspections, and attend trade shows and client events.
* Track and analyze corporate account performance monthly to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
* Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs to maximize hotel inclusion and analyze production reports to optimize business channels.
* Drive meeting and conference bookings and report account performance to the General Manager and Central Office.
* Collaborate on pricing strategies and forecasts with the General Managers and Revenue Managers.
* Oversee the annual marketing budget and implement quarterly activity plans aligned with business needs.
* Create and execute sales and marketing campaigns across media platforms, assessing ROI.
* Develop promotional materials and manage online marketing efforts to drive direct sales via the hotel website.
* Attend trade promotions and manage sales correspondence and contracts using the CRM system.
* Conduct competitor analysis to monitor market trends and maintain the hotel's positive image.
What You Will Need:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
* A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
* Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
* Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
* Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
