beqom is an exciting SaaS solution provider in the HCM space looking for a motivated and energetic Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team. By utilizing a strategic range of sales development activities across the marketing mix, you’ll identify, nurture, and qualify new prospects to generate a high-quality top-funnel pipeline.
Duties and responsibilities
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Develop and identify target accounts in the very top stages of the sales funnel
Nurture and develop prospective customers through cold-calling and prospecting activities
Follow up with prospects who responded to marketing activities and campaigns
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team
Engage with and nurture prospects through multiple channels
Secure high-quality introductory appointments for the Sales team
Represent beqom at both local and international events
Profile we´re looking for!
Experience in sales development, sales, or client development in a technology sales environment
Knowledge of HubSpot or Outreach
Fluent in English and German is a must (Other European language is a plus)
Positive, energetic phone skills with excellent probing, listening, and writing skills
Ability to research and nurture contacts using a multi-channel approach
Experience in using LinkedIn sales navigator and other social media channels
Self-motivated, metrics-driven and able to work independently
