We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator or Generalist to join our team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll perform a wide range of human resource tasks to ensure efficient HR department operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage documentation and systems for end-to-end HR activities.
* Monitor policies and procedures in line with employment legislation.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, contractual terms, and conditions of employment.
* Coordinate employee and volunteer inductions and orientation.
* Monitor compliance and report on performance management processes.
* Maintain employment and volunteer manuals.
* Support the delivery of our People Strategy.
* Compile and maintain up-to-date employee records.
* Report on key HR metrics and drive improved compliance levels.
* Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
* Oversee HR events and meetings, coordinating management-employee communications.
* Support payroll management.
* Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and property return.
* Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and promote best practice in the workplace.
* Assist the wider HR team with ad-hoc duties.
Ideal Candidate
* Relevant 3rd-level qualification.
* CIPD membership or working towards same.
* Knowledge of employment law.
* HRIS Softworks knowledge advantageous.
