Job Title: Service Desk Administrator
Company Overview: We are a growing company based in Cork City, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Desk Administrator to join our team.
Role Summary: This permanent position will entail maintaining strong client relationships, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring maximum efficiency of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients
* Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are logged and booked in efficiently
* Managing a busy email inbox
* Answering phone calls from clients and engineers to ensure maximum efficiency of projects
* Finishing reports for projects and liaising with Accounts department regarding invoicing
* Working closely with other members of the team and management
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role is necessary for success in this role
* Highly organised
* Paying great attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
