Job Summary
We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, arming customers with required tools and tactics to get the most out of their product and support investment.
You will learn and use groundbreaking technologies, apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs, and interact with leading engineers around the world.
This is a customer support role in The Cloud, where you will solve customer cases through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat.
Main Responsibilities
* Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve services.
* Drive customer communication during critical events and projects that improve support-related processes and customer technical support experience.
* Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
Desirable Skills
* Advanced experience in Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Hive, and Presto.
* Expert understanding of distributed computing principles and their application in the cloud.
* Lead technical discussions on big data systems architecture and design.
