The Role Reporting to our Head Chef, you will require strong leadership capabilities and be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
As a senior sous chef you will be a professional, focused chef with a flare and passion for food presentation.
We are looking for someone with experience working as a Sous Chef who will work with the Head Chef to oversee the smooth running of our kitchen.
