Job Description
We are seeking an experienced eProcurement Manager to join our team in Shannon, County Clare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement software.
* Act as the super-user for the procurement system.
* Administer the procurement system, including configuration and troubleshooting.
* Prepare and present purchasing documents.
* Project manage the procurement process.
* Assist with tenders.
* Manage supplier management arrangements with external suppliers.
* Prepare and present reports.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Experience using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.
Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our group of hotels in Shannon, County Clare. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to evaluate procurement options and identify potential suppliers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and presenting purchasing documents and reports.
