Ensuring that the reception area is welcoming and that all administrative tasks are carried out to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming members to the gym as they arrive
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Keeping the front desk tidy and well-stocked
- Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries
- Ensuring gym security by controlling access
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Managing calendar records and scheduling appointments
- Handling clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and emailing when required
- Performing light cleaning duties
