Equipment Repairs / Production Support / Process Improvements / Root Cause Analysis / Insulation / Building Maintenance / Painter / Plumber / Electrical Work Levelling of PMs / Cals across Technician Team.Reporting on Closure RatesEscalation of Overdue SchedulesLiaising with Production Planners/Supervisors to agree windows for works.Recognising the urgency of tasks and separating reactive and proactive requirementsCo-ordinate tasks and assist in the measurement of performance of maintenance worksWork with Engineering Director & Maintenance Lead to investigate causes of breakdown and identify and implement corrective action to avoid recurrenceAssisting with investigating and documenting procedural and operational deviationsAssisting with assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements as related to equipment maintenance functionsEnsure the optimum efficiency of work effectivenessArranging for repairs, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective valves, gaskets, or bearings motors, pumps, or fabrication of new parts etc.Coordinating & supervising of vendor maintenance activitiesAssist with ensuring safe and efficient hands-on maintenance with strict adherence to SOP's, cGMP's, and quality standardsAssist with ensuring a safe work environment is maintained by adherence to Safety Systems, e.g. LOTO, permit to work, Method Statements / Risk AssessmentsLiaise with suppliers to ensure spares are stocked correctlyPerform other Tasks, Analysis and special projects as assignedManage and maintain all relevant documentation ensuring that reporting is current, and company procedures are being adhered to.Skills and Experience required3- 5 years on the job experience as Maintenance Planner / Co-Ordinator Experience of SAP S/4 Hana essentialCompletion of Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation apprenticeship or NCEA Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering desired.On the job experience in the maintenance profession including good mechanical, electrical or instrumentation skillsHave a high level of attention to detail ability to both work on your own and as part of a teamOrganised Methodical tidy and the ability to manage workload in a structured wayAbility to work in team environment and communicate wellKnowledge of engineering/process instrumentation Knowledge of non-manufacturing processes, utilities and systems that support the overall running of the plantSkills:Our Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
