Job Description:
About HRLocker:
In 2019, HRLocker established its MTP (Massive Transformational Purpose) to make life and work easier for Employers and Employees, allowing Employees to manage their own careers in the Company. We enable organisations to digitise the mundane aspects of HR (Human Resources) and people management and recruitment, allowing managers to spend more time concentrating on the things that matter most—their people.
Our products simplify the HR process all the way through the employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding, including time and absence management, employee data self-service, training management, performance reviews, and applicant tracking (recruitment).
We are a fully remote distributed remote-first company headquartered in Lahinch, Co Clare, Ireland, with employees based across Ireland, UK, Spain, Portugal, and Vietnam.
As a Microsoft ISV (Independent Software Vendor), our product is continuing to be developed in line with modern work practices, and our business is scaling as we continue to build a dynamic sales and customer success division to support this growth.
We are viewed as thought leaders in the HRIS SMB market. We are currently extending our footprint across the UK and to other English-speaking jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be part of a growing team and play an essential role in contributing to our business development and lead generation engine.
HRLocker is a Deliberately Developmental Organisation (DDO) that puts adult development at the core of our business strategy. Our people are the driving force of our success to date, and our culture provides a safe place to learn and build a career in an open and transparent environment.
