Your Key Responsibilities
* Support project leaders in delivering high-quality service delivery and achieving successful outcomes for clients
* Capture and share knowledge across projects to enhance our culture of innovation and reinforce our reputation as a preferred service provider
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including large commercial new builds, private residential developments, towers, and national government frameworks.
Key Skills and Attributes
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
* Public Sector or Private Commercial sector experience, ideally in healthcare, offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out, and refurbishment
* Expert-level Excel user
* Proficient CostX or other cost planning software user
* Sustainability and Data skills, including carbon assessment and Power BI
* Contract administration skills
* Pre- and post-contract experience
* Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
