As a full time Chocolate Shop Assistant at Harry Lowe's, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your role will involve assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting our commitment to luxury and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
* Provide detailed information about our products, their craftsmanship, and unique qualities.
* Offer samples and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
* Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our products.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Harry Lowe's products, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and sourcing. Ensure the store is impeccably presented and stocked at all times.
* Arrange displays to showcase our chocolates in an attractive and luxurious manner.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for luxury products and a keen interest in chocolate and confectionery.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.
