Job Title: Inside Channel Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and commercial finesse to engage with customers and partners, understand their business needs, and offer innovative Identity Security solutions from One Identity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Leadership: Drive sales of One Identity Product Portfolio, working with our channel program partners within the UK and Ireland markets.
* Rapid Region Development: Leverage your expertise and networks to expedite region growth, establishing a strong market presence swiftly.
* Strategic Territory Planning: Create and execute strategic territory plans while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
* Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local partners to craft and implement strategic action plans for mutual success.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customers' unique business challenges and align solutions effectively.
* Channel Account Management: Take charge of Channel account management, encompassing account planning and accurate sales forecasting.
* Sales Execution: Lead a range of sales and marketing activities, from prospecting to closure, following a structured sales process.
* Relationship Building: Foster and maintain robust business relationships, executing targeted account plans to drive growth.
This position forms part of the EMEA Sales Team, reporting to our EMEA Inside Sales Director.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 2+ years in SaaS/Cybersecurity channel sales and/or business development.
* Language Skills: Native Fluent English.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
* Methodology Familiarity: Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology, ready to implement it daily.
* Drive and Track Record: Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
* Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
* Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
* Collaborative Leadership: Ability to provide direction, collaborate effectively with our partners, and forge long-term strategic relationships at executive levels.
