Are you ready to take on a role that’s as dynamic as you are? TECI’s Operations Department seeks an Operations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for student groups travelling to Ireland.
What You’ll Do:
1. Coordinate end-to-end management of international student travel.
2. Operate services for student groups, including transport, accommodation, language studies, and excursions.
3. Work closely with Educational Tour Operators (ETOs) to manage costs and achieve targets.
4. Handle pre-arrival, arrival, and departure documentation with precision and professionalism.
5. Upsell package tours and manage individual client services, from airport transfers to excursions.
Who You Are:
1. A detail-oriented professional with previous administration experience.
2. An excellent negotiator and influencer with a knack for customer service.
3. Proficient in managing multiple ETOs and developing new products.
4. Flexible and available for out-of-office emergency cover on a rotational basis.
5. Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:
Salary: €33,000 - €35,000.00 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Dublin
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
