Our client’s Primary Care centre provides top-quality care to the local community of Limerick. In this role, the speech and language therapist will work closely with patients, their families, and the wider healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans and promote the best possible outcomes.

Core Duties:
* Provide advanced speech and language therapy assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for children and adults.
* Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and general practitioners, to provide holistic care.
* Offer advice, education, and support to patients’ families and caregivers.
* Mentor and supervise junior therapists and therapy assistants.
* Contribute to the development of services within the department, ensuring best practice and evidence-based approaches.
* Participate in audits, research, and continuous professional development to maintain the highest clinical standards.
Essential:
* A recognised degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
* Full CORU registration.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience for senior level.
* Full driver’s license with access to a car.
* Experience in working with both paediatric and adult populations.
* Strong clinical knowledge in managing a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
