We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Helsinki or Dublin! In this role, you'll: Manage a diverse client portfolio based in LATAM regionHelp our customers realize their desired outcomes and solve their challengesBe a part of a highly skilled customer success organization of 20+ professionals across North America, EMEA, and JAPACYour day-to-day work and responsibilities will include: Ownership and responsibility to maintain and grow your portfolio of 50+ customers from LATAM regionResponsibility for the onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth, and advocacy of your customersCollaborating with local and global Supermetrics teams (Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering) to provide reliable solutions and consultation to your customer's needsDevelop and grow your knowledge of the Supermetrics suite of products/services and industry trends to add value during customer communicationsSometimes you might need help from your fellow Success team members or to provide assistance to someone else.

This role is for you if you have: 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or similar customer-centric positionsSaaS, Agency, or Martech experienceGreat organizational skills and capacity to handle several projects at once.
