Data Analyst (HR Information Systems Analyst)
I am working with a client who are looking for a HR Information Systems Analyst to take ownership of all HR systems, ensuring data integrity, day-to-day operational management, and system upgrades. In this role, you will support the broader HR team with reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within professional services or a complex corporate environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Manage data integrity across HR systems (People XD & Cornerstone) and related processes.
* Lead HR system renewals, upgrades, integration projects, and new system implementations as needed.
* Build strong vendor relationships with Access and Cornerstone to maximise system value, ensuring issues and queries are resolved promptly.
* Oversee system management for the annual performance review cycle and promotion processes, including bulk uploads and documentation.
* Provide training, support, and expert guidance to HR and system users.
* Monitor data quality through consistent data capture, reconciliations, and regular audits.
* Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to support internal projects, including salary reviews, gender pay gap reporting, and D&I initiatives.

* You are an experienced HR Systems / Data Analyst with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
* You work effectively across teams, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* You have an analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational and critical thinking abilities.
* You possess advanced Excel skills and can derive meaningful insights from data.
* You understand the importance of confidentiality in this role.
