Technical Administrator
We are recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our Maintenance Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading multinational organisation addressing some of the world's most challenging healthcare needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage documentation related to Maintenance Systems, including P&IDs, OEM manuals, etc., handed over from Projects.
* Register new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS (SAP & Procal) following change control procedures.
* Work with stakeholders on the approval and execution of the above.
Requirements:
* Good organisational and data management skills.
* Experience / proficiency in document management systems and office applications.
* Experience working in a GMP environment and quality management systems.
* Familiarity with Maintenance Systems structure and applications.
* Analytical mindset, data driven with attention to detail on systems.
