About the Role – Manager Company Secretarial We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our fast-paced Company Secretarial team.
In this role, you will oversee a wide range of company secretarial assignments, while developing your leadership and technical expertise.
Working closely with Partners you will manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of the department's strategies and services.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Leadership : Take charge of a variety of company secretarial projects, ensuring the effective delivery of services while offering guidance and support to junior team members, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Process Enhancement : Continuously improve and streamline processes for managing annual compliance tasks, ensuring that all filings with regulatory bodies are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Team Development : Foster a positive and productive team environment, offering mentorship, motivation, and constructive feedback to support the growth and development of your team members.
Client Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with both existing and prospective clients, acting as their go-to advisor and helping to drive their business success.
Business Growth & Strategy : Actively contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting initiatives that contribute to the firm's growth and expansion.
Operational Oversight : Take responsibility for key operational processes such as managing work in progress (WIP), billing, resource allocation, and scheduling, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced company secretarial professional who has a strong technical background and a passion for client service.
Qualifications & Experience Chartered Secretary qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a team, while also fostering individual development.
Client-Focused : Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Commercial Awareness : Demonstrates a solid understanding of business and financial dynamics.
