Job Location: Bluebird Care (Dublin South)
An Office role has opened up in Bluebird Care Dublin South as our new Jr HR Administrator.
The Jr HR Administrator's primary role is to assist the Complex Care team with any administrative tasks along with playing a key role with the HR, recruitment, and compliance team by fulfilling duties such as maintaining staff files and ensuring staff documents are valid & up to date.

Your responsibilities as an Office Administrator include:
1. To be a key support structure for the Complex Care Team - fulfilling all administrative tasks and projects as required by the Clinical Nurse Management Team and Care Coordinators.
2. To support the HR and Recruitment team by ensuring efficient and effective processes for maintaining staff files and records are in place. By providing administrative support, the HR administrator plays a vital role in helping to maintain a skilled workforce that meets the needs of the business.
3. Ensure, with the use of current systems, that all compliance records such as certs and right to work for carers and nurses are completed and in date.
4. Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator and the HR Administrator to manage all recruitment activities for healthcare assistants and nurses.
5. Provide administrative support to the office team when required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Third level qualification in HR or similar.
2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills including computer literacy. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Previous experience in an office environment essential.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
5. Understanding of systems to maintain confidentiality in relation to clients, staff and the business.
6. Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
