The Role:
Operational Support:
* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
* Ensure smooth operations and compliance with best practices.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers on a daily basis.
People Management:
* Help develop onsite personnel through training and support.
* Support the development of training practices to ensure awareness of current best practices.
* Promote a positive and collaborative working environment.
Cost Control:
* Knowledge of cost base improvements.
* Manage the cost base and maximize opportunities for savings.
* Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement measures.
Quality:
* Manage company standards (ISO9001) and ensure audit compliance.
* Be knowledgeable in these areas.
Team Management:
* Motivate a diverse team in line with company standards.
* Plan and maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Measurement and Organisation:
* Agree annual KPIs to ensure achievement of operational objectives.
* Analyse data to identify issues and develop corrective action plans.
* Maintain administration and reporting systems.
* Implement corporate policy and strategy.
