The role of an IT Business Analyst is varied but it is essentially a key bridge between business process, stakeholders and IT resulting in continued digital transformation for Chanelle.

Therefore, an understanding and experience of working in this environment is key to driving credibility and a strong partnership with stakeholdersLocationOnsite As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible forIdentifying and engaging key stakeholders across functions to gather and prioritize business requirements.Building strong relationships with supply chain and cross-functional teams.Identifying process inefficiencies, investigating potential solutions, and providing recommendations for improvement.Collaborating with project managers and vendors to define project requirements, milestones, scope, and resource needs.Analysing business requirements and developing specifications.Configuring systems or coordinating with vendors to implement necessary system configurations.Investigating and resolving escalated IT issues/tickets, documenting solutions for the IT knowledge base.Managing small to medium-sized initiatives and projects.Conducting software and process testing while maintaining relevant documentation.Providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions.Creating and maintaining documentation for projects, processes, validation, and operations.Playing a key role in enterprise system projects such as ERP implementation.Education, Experience & SkillsDegree/Master's in Supply Chain or a related field (essential).Minimum of 5 years working in a Supply Chain function (essential)High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
