Our client is a leading organisation within the utility industry. They are committed to growth. Innovation and sustainability continue to be top of their agenda. They now require a Personal Assistant to join their team in Cork on a temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be supporting the programme director of an ongoing utilities project. The successful candidate will provide general secretarial and administrative support to all functions across the organisation, including diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, typing and collation of confidential correspondence, administration of work, time & attendance, expenses, etc. The candidate will also ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures, implement and/or maintain new office systems and procedures, filing systems and records, and develop a well-rounded knowledge of all relevant business contacts, both internal and external.
What you'll need to succeed
The job requires an experienced Personal Assistant/Administrator. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internal systems, and internal control processes. They should also have a professional manner, be discreet, have attention to detail, and be proactive. The candidate should be able to work with others, communicate effectively, manage time effectively, be flexible, and strive for quality.
