Salary: EUR60000 - EUR70000 per annum
Life Insurance Company is looking for a candidate with over 5 years Insurance and people management experience, who is a fluent Italian speaker to join this growing Company.
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in operations management within the financial services industry, knowledge of cross-border insurance preferable.
* Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment to achieve goals.
* Managerial experience in a customer service role, with a track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving customer issues.
* Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills, with the ability to identify issues, escalate where necessary, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Experience in managing third-party providers and outsourcers, ensuring they meet performance and service level agreements.
* Persuasiveness and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure favourable outcomes.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
* Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, manage tight deadlines for self and the team, whilst not compromising on quality.
* Knowledge of risk management principles and practices is desirable.
* Proficiency in English and Italian language, both written and spoken.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
* Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies for process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management) is preferred.
* Certificate in HR management would be an advantage.
