Presales Consultant
Dublin
Our sales team is focused on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. To do so, we employ a bottom-up enterprise sales model by helping many small, successful customers evolve into larger, successful ones. We act as a key voice of the customer to the product team. We help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.
As a Presales Consultant you will play a critical role in supporting our prospects within the UK and Ireland to understand the value of Asana within the Corporate segment. Through your deep product knowledge and ability to translate customer needs and pains into a tool-based solution you will support our EMEA Sales teams as a co-seller and ensure they constantly move towards close.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve
3. Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts
4. Develop deep understanding of customer needs and articulate how Asana can address those pain points by presenting a solution and its business impact
5. Identify and scale solution-selling best practices to the broader Revenue organization
6. Position Asana solution within the market space as a market leader
7. Position yourself as a trusted advisor for colleagues and customers
8. Be a key player in helping Asana achieve its revenue goals
9. Be a storyteller and help customers imagine completely new ways of working
About You
10. 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or similar roles preferably within a SaaS environment
11. Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level decision-makers
12. A deep curiosity and understanding of how IT systems work in a business context
13. Experience in running customer Proof of Concepts
14. Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards
15. Fluency in written and spoken English and ideally another European language
16. Located in Dublin
17. Willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 20%

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €66,500 - €84,700. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
