Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee Customer Service Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate follow-up.
2. Generate and manage quotations, invoices, and lead times.
3. Handle queries related to existing orders and products.
4. Administer and fulfil customer orders efficiently.
5. Maintain and organise customer documentation.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
7. Support management in enhancing customer support effectiveness.

1. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
2. Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in administration and customer service.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and tools like Google Apps (training will be provided if needed).
