Parts Advisor Opportunity
At our esteemed Commercial Vehicle Dealership, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team.
Job Summary:
* Handle parts enquiries via telephone, face-to-face, and email with utmost professionalism.
* Proactively sell parts to existing and new customers, building strong relationships and fostering customer satisfaction.
* Fulfill parts enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop with efficiency and precision.
* Maintain an optimal stock control system, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely order replenishment.
* Perform all administrative duties associated with parts ordering and returns, guaranteeing seamless operations.
* Monitor and maintain efficient stock picking and order replenishment processes for key customers.
* Ensure the Parts Department runs with maximum efficiency, meeting customer demands and providing correct solutions.
* Perform ad hoc duties as necessary to ensure the position's success.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a franchised dealership.
* Ability to demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction through proven experience.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Valid UK driving license.
