Our client, a multinational industry leader, is seeking to welcome an Accounts Payable Administrator to their well-established finance team. This role will provide the successful candidate with pivotal commercial experience and international exposure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multijurisdictional AP entry
2. Prepare bank and creditor reconciliations
3. Credit card statement entry
4. Approve supplier invoices
5. Input bank statements
6. Maintain and manage accounts inbox
7. Ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills
1. Previous AP experience
2. Experience working with multiple jurisdictions is advantageous but not required
3. Keen learner with an enthusiastic and inquisitive nature
4. Excellent communication and listening skills
5. Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
