Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Automation Maintenance Fitter to support our manufacturing activities across the site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support manufacturing processes and provide maintenance and tooling to ensure product/process integrity.
* Perform site-wide buildings, plant equipment, and grounds maintenance.
* Utilize the PMS system to plan, record, control, and report on maintenance activities.
* Maintain mechanical/electrical assembly jigs, fixtures, and purpose-built test equipment.
* Collaborate with process and design engineers on the maintenance, repair, manufacture, and design of process tooling.
* Liaise with outside contractors on relevant projects.
Requirements:
* Senior Trades qualification in maintenance fitting or equivalent.
* 4+ years of experience in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in manual Lathe, CNC/Manual Milling machines, and workshop tools.
* Problem-solving techniques and hands-on approach.
* Experience with Maintenance Management Systems, Building Management Systems, and HVAC systems.
* Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Desirable skills: Auto CAD LT, assembly fixture design and implementation, electrical and pneumatic control systems.

An enthusiastic individual with a strong mechanical background and good interpersonal/organisation skills is required for this role. The candidate will be assessed through interview and/or task-related demonstrations.
