The Job Details are as follows:
The Technology and Professional Services Delivery Lead will oversee the post-sale technical implementation and support of our technology products and will be responsible for managing and supervising projects from initial installation to ongoing maintenance, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, this position will play a key role in product strategy and roadmap development.
This position will lead and manage a team of Implementation Consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet client needs. This role may require occasional travel to build relationships with current or potential clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive vision and strategy, road map, and lifecycle of advisory and consultative solutions delivery.
2. Direct/Manage/Supervise post-sale technical implementation support of technology products.
3. Oversee implementation projects including installation, upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
4. Engage customer to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer and industry direction, and execute strategy.
5. Responsible for driving successful delivery of solutions and representing the organization to the outside market, including customers, partners, and analysts.
6. May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and to understand clients' business objectives.
7. Extensive business and technical knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the client’s organization and functional area.
8. Possess and maintain a high level of industry specific business knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates.
9. Ensure product line performance and identify market trends and opportunities.
10. Assists executives and/or senior directors in defining organizational goals and strategic plans.
11. Direct/Manage/Supervise team of technical and functional consultants.
Requirements:
12. Typically requires a bachelor's (or international equivalent) in a technical field and 12+ years of relevant experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
13. Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating technical teams.
14. Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing portfolio of large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
15. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
16. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
17. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and drive successful project execution.
18. In-depth knowledge of the relevant technology industry and emerging trends.
19. Experience partnering with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
Desired Qualifications:
20. Experience in delivering end-to-end cloud-based projects
21. Knowledge of the latest technology trends and advances, with specific preferred experience in Workday modules, tolls and implementation
22. Experience working with/ understanding requirements of clients in higher education
