Maintenance Coordinator We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for a Maintenance Coordinator to support multiple large-scale housing developments across the Greater Dublin region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, solutions-driven individual to play a key role in enhancing the homeowner experience while coordinating subcontractor and maintenance activities.
In this fast-paced role, you will work closely with the Customer Care team and external contractors to troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of maintenance issues, while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractor maintenance works across several residential developments.
Build strong relationships with homeowners and internal teams to drive timely resolutions.
Engage directly with homeowners, providing a professional and confident customer experience.
Troubleshoot issues prior to contractor visits to increase first-time resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
Manage reactive maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding works in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all works are conducted in line with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards, reporting any non-compliance.
Monitor contractor performance and report recurring trends to aid in continuous improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Utilise CRM software to log, manage, and close out cases effectively.
Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Drive improvements to processes, turnaround times, and service quality.
The Ideal Candidate: Strong background in maintenance, facilities, or a related field, with proven customer service experience.
Trade or construction background with knowledge of building services is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
