The Role

1. Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat, and emails from users.
2. Assist sellers in the sales process (account management) and answer questions regarding tickets.
3. Provide customer service through email and phone support to ensure a good balance between productivity and quality.
4. Liaise with other departments as necessary.
5. Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum.
6. Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world.
7. Perform any other tasks as required.
Ideal Profile
1. You speak and write German at a native level and are fluent in English.
2. At least 6 months of experience in the IT and tech support industry; sales skills and retail experience are an advantage.
3. You have basic computer handling skills and a good learning pace within IT systems, along with basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with good interpersonal relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks; excellent communication skills to express thoughts clearly and concisely.
