Location: Dublin
Hours: Core shift will be 8:30am to 5.00pm, (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is required between 8.00am – 6.00pm. Some overtime may be required depending on business demands between 7am and 9pm.

Purpose of the Role:
To act as the person responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the client services function, including reception, catering, events, and concierge, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as leading by example in providing a world-class service at all times. Support to assist in the running of the office facilities and meeting room AV may be required from time to time.
Candidate Overview:
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
* Educated to leaving certificate level or equivalent.
* At least 2 years Receptionist experience preferred.
* Experience of using a booking system, preferably Condeco.
* Excellent IT skills to include all MS Office packages.
* Relevant experience of working in an office environment within professional services preferred.
* Experienced in a customer service/partnering environment; highly customer-focused.
* Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands.
* Ability to use PC-based departmental systems effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
* Effective and intuitive communicator at all levels.
* Diligent and methodical approach to all aspects of work with a keen eye for detail.
* Proven organisational skills.
* Ability to identify any Health & Safety risks.
